3. Subscription Management

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Navigate to Settings:
   • From your dashboard, click on "billing & Subscription" and then "Manage Subscription."
2. Choose a New Plan:
   • Select "Edit the plan" and select the plan you wish to upgrade to.
3. Confirm Upgrade:
   • Review the features and pricing, then confirm your selection.

Downgrading Your Plan

1. Access Subscription Settings:
   • Go to "Settings" > "Subscription."
2. Select Downgrade:
   • Choose the desired lower-tier plan. (it's currently not possible to downgrade to Starter plan)
3. Confirm Downgrade:
   • Confirm your choice. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancelling Your Subscription

1. Go to Subscription Settings:
   • From your dashboard, click on "billing & Subscription" and then "Manage Subscription."
2. Click "Cancel Subscription":
   • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

• Accepted Methods:
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Billing Cycles

• Monthly: Billed every month on the chosen date.
• Annual: Billed once a year at a discounted rate.

Refund Policy

• For all plans: No charges, no refunds.

Invoices

1. Access Invoices:
   • From your dashboard, click on "billing & Subscription" and then "Manage Subscription."
2. Download Invoices:
   • Click on the desired invoice in "invoice History" and select "Download invoice."
